Estate lots and river trees
Ada's appeal is its trees — the wooded estate lots along the Thornapple River, the mature canopy around Ada Village and the covered bridge, the oak-hickory ridges above the Grand. Owners here tend to think in decades, and so do we.
Much of our Ada work is preservation: crown cleaning and structural pruning on signature trees, cabling on old unions worth saving, and honest assessments that separate a scary-looking tree from a genuinely dangerous one.
The rivers add their own work: bank erosion undermines big trees along the Thornapple, and leaners over water or walking paths need staged, rigged removals — not a chainsaw and optimism. Storm calls reach our 24/7 line year-round.
