What's included
Our curbside program is simple: you rake or blow leaves into a loose pile at the curb or driveway edge, and our vacuum-and-haul crew collects everything and takes it away for composting. No paper bags to buy and fill, no stuffing wet leaves into a hatchback, no watching the city's one-pass schedule sail by while your oaks are still dropping.
Mature-canopy neighborhoods — East Grand Rapids, Eastown, Alger Heights, older Kentwood — drop staggering volume across October and November, and oaks famously hold out until Thanksgiving. That's why we run multiple scheduled passes through the season instead of one-and-done.
Our process
One call puts you on the fall schedule — single pickup or every-pass service through the season.
Loose piles at the curb line or driveway edge — no bagging, no bundling. Keep piles clear of storm drains and parked cars.
The crew vacuums or loads the pile and hauls it for composting. You get a text when your street is done.
On multi-pass plans we return on schedule until the last oak gives up in late November.
What to expect
Pickups run on neighborhood routes for efficiency, so pricing stays reasonable and timing is predictable. Wet, matted piles and piles mixed with branches take longer to collect — keep sticks out (or book us for the brush too and we'll quote it together). Prefer full-service? We also quote whole-yard cleanups where our crew does the raking as well.

No — loose piles at the curb are exactly what our equipment wants. Bags actually slow the crew down.
September, honestly. Routes are built in early October and the best slots go to early bookings. Late-season one-offs are possible but cost more.
Keep them out of the leaf pile — but tell us when you book and we’ll quote brush haul-away at the same stop, often for a few dollars more.
Local composting — not a landfill. It’s the same place your city drop-off takes them, minus the trailer-loading and the line.
