We walk the parcel with you (or your builder’s site plan), flag keeps vs. removals, and identify access routes.
Itemized quote: trees, brush, stumps, haul-away, and grade of finish — from rough-cleared to seed-ready.
Trees felled or dismantled, brush cut, everything chipped, bucked, or hauled as agreed. Merchantable wood can offset cost.
Stumps ground or extracted to spec, debris gone, site left to the agreed finish grade.
What to expect
Small residential clearings finish in a day; wooded acreage runs longer and we'll give you a realistic schedule up front. You'll know disposal plans before we start: chips can stay on-site as ground cover (often cheaper) or be hauled; firewood-grade hardwood can be bucked and stacked for you, sold to offset the invoice, or removed entirely.
